Focused exclusively on the evolving practice of Identity and Access Management (IAM) starting as an engineer in IBM’s security software division in development of ITIM/ISIM and then continuing on to the consulting and deployment side of the business with Dell SecureWorks and later Identity Industries.
Responsible for all aspects of IAM work over the years from addressing product coding defects, identifying solution architecture mistakes, isolating and troubleshooting scale and performance problems, addressing critical issues at customer sites, working with business to develop policy, requirements, audits, and assess risks.
Deep experience within the IBM Identity Management software stack while also extending solutions to AWS and other cloud service providers.
